Sensei Stephen Palmer 5th Dan Technical adviser of the Shikata Shotokan Karate England.
Sensei Palmer started his training with the K.U.G.B. in the late 1980 early 81 he has trained under most top british and japanese instructors.
Sensei Palmer competed in many comps, eighty's through to the 90s moderate success. Has also trained in Muay Thai etc.
Sensei Palmer is also a serving GMP officer.
Sensei Palmer attained his 5th Dan With Sensei C Gidley.
